1. ToC

The District Teaching and Learning Council (TLC) developed a formal assessment program for the district (beginning in 2002). The beginning premise was that staff members need multiple pieces of data for measuring student progress in any given area. The purpose of the Petoskey Assessment System is to make decisions to improve curriculum and instruction based on data.
